Kastelli Service Point

Kastelli Service Point is the centralized service point of the city of Hämeenlinna, located on the ground floor of the Wetteri City Hall, right next to the bus station. We offer a wide range of assistance and information about the Hämeenlinna city’s services. Welcome to visit us!

International Service Centre is open from Monday to Friday 10-12 AM and 1-4 PM in different languages. Finnish and English are available everyday. Advice in Finnish is also available on weekdays from 9 AM to 4 PM from the general service number 050 304 5472.

International Employment Guidance is there to help you if you need a hand in creating a CV or a job application and also offers education and career guidance. We also provide information on job search, apprenticeship, labour market training, studies subsidized with unemployment benefit, rehabilitative work activities, pay subsidies and assessing work ability, among other things.

  • Fridays from 10 AM to 3.30 PM

No appointment is needed and the service is free of charge. The service is available in Finnish and English, and interpretation can be used if needed.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 PM to 3.30 PM
Open to families/parents. Service offers guidance with matters related to children, such as:

  • early childhood education, school, morning and after-school clubs
  • Wilma and Päikky
  • children´s hobbies and leisure time

Digital Support
Thursdays 10-12 AM and 1-3.30 PM, open to everyone

This service focuses on digital support, helping customers with online applications and e-services.

Kela’s main office at Rauhankatu 1, Hämeenlinna is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Here, customers can receive assistance with a wide range of Kela services.
