Getting a job this autumn? The City of Hämeenlinna will reward you with a wellbeing gift card
The City of Hämeenlinna’s employment services will continue to support jobseekers’ overall wellbeing in autumn 2026 as well. The campaign encourages jobseekers to enjoy the wellbeing services offered by their home city and to take care of their own wellbeing, both during the job search and in working life.
The City of Hämeenlinna is offering the first hundred Hämeenlinna residents who find employment and submit an application a 10-visit pass to the Hämeenlinna swimming centre (worth €66.30, including a wristband) or an annual pass to the City of Hämeenlinna’s museums (worth €30).
The swimming centre gift card entitles you to ten visits for swimming and gym use at the Hämeenlinna and Lammi swimming centres. The museum annual pass gives you unlimited access for one year to the Hämeenlinna Art Museum and the Hämeenlinna City Museum sites.
According to Service Manager Mari Toivonen, the purpose of the campaign is to support work wellbeing and local operators.
The campaign encourages people to pause and focus on their own wellbeing, and to take even small actions that promote wellbeing in everyday life. Even small changes can have long-lasting positive effects on energy levels and work wellbeing.
Check whether you meet the criteria and apply for the reward using the online form
- Your home municipality is Hämeenlinna, and you were a customer of the TyöHäme Employment Area during the campaign’s application period (see below).
- You get a job between 1 September and 13 December 2026.
- Your new employment contract is permanent or fixed-term for at least 3 months.
- Your salary is at least €930/month (gross). The contract can also be part-time, as long as this amount is met.
- The employment contract cannot be a pay-subsidised job. Other employment subsidies do not prevent you from receiving the reward.
- Decide whether you want the swimming centre pass or the City of Hämeenlinna’s museums annual pass.
- Apply for the gift card yourself using the online form, where you fill in your contact details and confirm that you meet the criteria.
