As a resource-wise city, the goal is to increase sustainable transport such as walking, cycling, and public transit.
Thriving essential services are the base of the vibrant city and its center. It is challenging to develop vitality without functioning schools, daycare centers, and exercise facilities, library, and cultural services.

Zoning involves dozens of ongoing projects annually. The work ranges from zoning alterations for individual plots to extensive residential and business areas. We use zoning to develop existing areas and create the conditions for the city’s future growth, services, and vitality.
