Applying for a plan or plan alteration

Before applying for a zoning plan or plan alteration, contact the planning department to assess the necessity of the project.

The electronic form requires authentication using online banking credentials or Mobile Authenticator. You can also apply for subdivision and partition at the same time.

Check the price list for the fees charged for preparing a zoning plan.

If your application was submitted before 1 February 2026, the price list in effect at the time of submission applies.
