Zoning Review

Zoning is land use design aimed at ensuring the development of a good living environment. The municipality is responsible for master planning and detailed planning. The regional plan prepared by the Regional Council guides the planning at the regional level.

Zoning Review 2026

The Zoning Review contains a description of the regional planning situation, the municipality’s pending master and detailed plans, and other land use plans, such as various development projects. For detailed planning, the review describes projects that were confirmed during the previous year as well as ongoing and upcoming projects.

The 2026 Zoning Review was approved by the City Board on 12 January 2026 and was published on 20 February 2026.
