Lammi Library to close for a week due to restroom renovation

Lammi Library will begin a restroom renovation, which will require the library to close completely for a week. The library will be closed from Tuesday, 27 October, to Sunday, 1 November 2026.

During the closure, the library’s facilities, customer service, and self-service library services will not be available. Please renew or return any loans in good time if their due date falls within the closure period. The pickup time for reservations due during the closure will be extended. If needed, you can visit and return your loans to other Vanamo libraries. Please check the opening hours and contact details of other Vanamo libraries on the Vanamo online library website

The library will reopen on Monday, 2 November 2026. The renovation will continue after this, but it will cause only minor inconvenience to customers. The second customer restroom will remain in use throughout the renovation.

The renovation is expected to be fully completed by the end of December 2026.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the renovation and thank our customers for their patience and understanding.
