Let’s Call Together for Employers – Walk-in Service
Let’s Call Together is a low-threshold service offered by the City of Hämeenlinna. The service is intended for international residents who are looking for a job, work placement, or work trial. In this service, you will get guidance on job searching and support in contacting employers.
Who is the service for?
The service is intended for all international residents in Hämeenlinna.
You can come to the service if:
You already know which job, work placement, or work trial position you would like to apply for and need support in contacting the employer.
When and where is the service available?
- Wednesday 10–12 (during the Sinhala-language service)
- Friday 13–16 (during the Tagalog-language service)
Location: Service Point Kastelli, Wetterhoffinkatu 2
You can come to the service without an appointment.
What happens in the service?
- you will get guidance on job searching
- you will learn how to contact an employer
- you can practice what to say during the call
- you can call the employer together with a service advisor
The service does not look for jobs on your behalf, create a CV, or write job applications for you. The goal is for you to learn to contact employers confidently and independently, and to get started with your job search.
