The Smart Work page presents everyday innovations and success stories developed by the employees of the City of Hämeenlinna.
The website renewal strengthens customer-oriented service. The aim is to ensure the availability of digital services, improve customers’ access to information, and promote equality.
The renewal of the education section’s pages will begin using the same principle.
The basic structure of the pages can be replicated for different service sectors. How has the innovation increased effectiveness, and what kind of evidence is there of the results? Too little time has passed since the change, so evaluation data is not yet available.
