Ahvenisto Playground

Located in the versatile Ahvenisto outdoor recreation area, Ahvenisto playground is situated right next to the beach.

A special feature of the Ahvenisto playground is the water trough, where children can splash around in the water during the summer – even when they aren’t swimming! In the summer months, a sunshade is placed over the picnic table so you can enjoy your snacks protected from the sun. The playground also features a pirate ship-style climbing frame and swings.

The Ahvenisto outdoor recreation area surrounding the playground also offers plenty of other activities for the whole family. At Ahvenisto, you will find an outdoor swimming pool, a wide range of outdoor trails, and a climbing park.

Ahvenisto playground is located at Olympiakatu, 13130 Hämeenlinna. You can park in the car park for the Ahvenisto beach and outdoor swimming pool.
