Several flea markets are located in the Kantola area: the large flea market Kantolan Kellari, Kirpputori Portobello, Kirppis Vanajankulma, and Kirppis Nasta Mesta, as well as the Suomen Ylijäämävarasto store, which offers supplies for builders and renovators.
In the city center, the most stylish way to recycle high-quality and well-maintained clothing is offered by Boho Second Hand, located on the Reska pedestrian street.
Along Palokunnankatu, in the immediate vicinity of the Hämeenlinna bus station, you can find Fida Secondhand.
Highly popular among social media influencers, Suomen kasarmin aarteet can be found in the old historical barracks area near the Goodman Shopping Center. Located in a beautiful rural setting, Iittalan Maalaiskirppis ja Kahvitupa is a flea market visitor’s dream. The rural flea market is open Sat–Sun from 11:00 to 16:00 from May to September.
