Objectives and target groups of workshop activities
The purpose of employment-oriented workshop activities is to support the employment of Hämeenlinna residents, prevent students from dropping out, and strengthen clients’ workplace skills. The activities are based on individual coaching that combines practical work tasks, training, and personal guidance.
Workshop activity clients include individuals under the age of 29 who do not have a vocational qualification, a job, or a study place. The target group also includes young people at risk of dropping out of their studies, as well as Hämeenlinna residents over the age of 25 who have been unemployed for more than 12 months.
