Agendas and minutes for the City Board, City Council, committees, and sections are published on the administrative publishing platform.
Agendas are published before the meeting and removed once the meeting minutes are published.
Minutes of the decision-making bodies are available on the administrative publishing platform for two years after the meeting. Older minutes can be requested from konsernipalvelut@hameenlinna.fi or the city archives.
All official procurement decisions and decisions subject to appeal by residents are available on the administrative publishing platform. Decisions are generally available for 30 days. Other decisions can be requested from the Corporate Services registry at konsernipalvelut@hameenlinna.fi.
The city’s official public notices are available on the administrative publishing platform for the duration of their public notice period. Announcements are available for two weeks, unless the nature of the matter dictates otherwise.
