Families can apply for a service voucher for open early childhood education. A service voucher may be granted to a child for whom parental allowance is no longer paid, or who does not have a municipal or private early childhood education place.
You can apply for a service voucher for open early childhood education by contacting the service provider and following their instructions. The service voucher for open early childhood education must be applied for no later than the month preceding the start date. The decision on the service voucher is made from the beginning of the month and is not granted retrospectively.
