Hauho northern shoreline plan alteration, Perkalahti

The purpose of the shoreline plan alteration is to correct errors in the current plan. The shoreline plan is missing one building site belonging to the Perkalahti property 109-467-7-20 according to the plan’s design and sizing principles. The shoreline plan is also incorrect regarding the land use designation of the Perkalahti property center. The Perkalahti property center is incorrectly designated in the shoreline plan as an old holiday building site, when in fact it is an old housing site that has always been in permanent residential use.

The objective of the shoreline plan alteration is to designate one new holiday building site on the shore area of Lake Pyhälampi on the Perkalahti property 109-467-7-20 south of the old property center, and to designate the Perkalahti property center as a housing site in such a way that the plan enables the development of the building site and the preservation of old agricultural buildings.
