Registration
The comprehensive school or club collects a consolidated list of participants with their details (name, licence number, series, accommodation needs, and any additional information requested in the competition invitation). The list must be sent at least two days before the registration deadline to the Education Services Specialist (information can be found in the competition invitation for each event):niina.heikkila@hameenlinna.fi. The specialist will then register the participants with the organising club.
When registering, please also provide the licence number, meal requirements, any allergies, and accommodation needs.
The Finnish School Sport Federation is responsible for informing comprehensive schools about the competitions, insuring competitors, and receiving registrations.
What is included for the competitor?
Participation fee(s), meals (lunch and dinner, plus breakfast and evening snack for those staying overnight, if available), floor accommodation provided by the organiser in comprehensive schools, if available (bring your own mattress/sleeping mat). Meals and school accommodation for accompanying guardians are also covered.
Travel costs are the responsibility of the competitor.
