Row house and apartment building plots

The reservation period for AR and AK plots is one year.

A reservation fee will be charged according to the land management prices. The reservation becomes valid when the reservation fee has been paid by the due date.

The first reservation fee will be credited to the reserving party against the plot’s purchase price or rent.

Plot purchases or lease agreements are primarily conducted electronically, regardless of time or location, using the National Land Survey’s property transfer service.

For an electronic plot purchase or lease agreement, you will receive an invitation link to sign the document via email. You log in using your personal bank credentials.

In a plot purchase, the buyer pays an electronic service fee to the National Land Survey before signing. This fee includes the title registration fee. Title registration is automatically initiated when the buyer attaches the receipt for the paid reservation fee, purchase price, and transfer tax to the property transfer service.

The lessee pays an electronic service fee to the National Land Survey before signing. This fee includes the leasehold registration fee. Leasehold registration is automatically initiated once the lease agreement has been signed.

A new building must be constructed on the plot according to approved drawings within three years of the purchase or commencement of the lease period, to a stage of completion that allows the building control authority to perform an approving commissioning inspection.

An undeveloped plot may not be transferred without the city’s permission.
