Facilities of Pysäkki at Kumppanuustalo

Volunteer Center Pysäkki has two group facilities at Kumppanuustalo that associations, organizations and clubs operating in Hämeenlinna can book.

Associations, organizations and clubs operating in Hämeenlinna can book Pysäkki’s facilities free of charge. The facilities are located at Kumppanuustalo, Kirjastokatu 1.

Principles for using the facilities

  • Doors are locked in the evenings and on weekends. The facility user lets participants in and ensures that no unauthorized persons enter. Doors must never be left or propped open under any circumstances.
  • The key is handed over to the facility user, who is responsible for its use and return. If the key is lost or not returned, a €200 fee will be charged.
  • The facility user collects the key at a predetermined time.
  • The facility user adheres to the scheduled times. If you need extra time for preparation or cleaning, please note this when making your booking.
  • Candles may not be lit in the facilities.
  • After the booking ends, clean up after yourself: return tables and chairs to their places and dispose of trash. Tables may be wiped if necessary. Empty the coffee maker and kettle and ensure they are turned off.
  • When leaving, ensure lights are turned off and windows and doors are closed. Also ensure that the exterior doors are properly closed and locked.
  • Kumppanuustalo is a substance-free facility. Smoking is not permitted near the exterior doors.
