In an area designated by the municipality as an action area, construction may require that the fulfilment of the siting conditions for the action area is also considered during the processing of the building permit. The siting conditions for an active area can be resolved, at the applicant’s request, as a separate siting permit.
If the applicant wishes to apply for a separate siting permit for an action area, it will be valid for the period stated in the decision, and a building permit must be applied for during this time.
Application for a siting permit for an action area:
Statements from neighbours of the building site. Neighbours can also be consulted as official work (charged accordingly).
Proof of ownership or right of possession of the building site.
Power of attorney from the property owner, if the permit applicant is not the property owner.
Site plan showing access to the building site, a preliminary report on wastewater treatment, and existing, demolishable, and planned buildings or construction measures on the building site.
Information on the mass and facade, as well as the siting on the building plot, the arrangement of access roads, and, for areas where municipal infrastructure exists or is planned, information on where the building is intended to connect to it.
