• The washing facilities are modern and equipped with two traditional saunas at different temperatures, a steam sauna, and an infrared sauna.

Please note that the changing rooms do not have hair dryers.

The swimming centre also has a sports hall of approximately 400 m², which can be booked for various sports activities as well as for events.

The swimming centre also has a gym equipped with high-quality Gym80 and Matrix equipment. The gym is available during the swimming centre’s opening hours with the swimming centre’s admission fee. The gym is reserved for exercise groups on Thursdays from 9:00 to 11:00 AM and Fridays from 8:00 to 9:00 AM. These groups are subject to a fee and require separate registration.

TG Cafe is open during the swimming centre’s opening hours.
At the café, you’ll find light snacks, hot and cold drinks, and high-quality swimming gear.
The café can also arrange lunch orders for groups.

• Follow the staff’s instructions as well as the swimming centre’s house rules.
• Behave appropriately and respectfully towards other customers and staff. Harassment, inappropriate behaviour, violence, or actions that endanger safety are prohibited.
• Children under 10 years of age, non-swimmers, or persons requiring special support may only use the swimming centre under the supervision of a responsible adult. The guardian or assistant is responsible for that person’s safety for the entire duration of the visit.
• Wash thoroughly before entering the sauna and pool, and follow the swimming centre’s hygiene instructions. Wear appropriate swimwear in the pool areas. Long-legged swimwear and swim shorts are permitted in our swimming centre, provided the material is suitable for swimming centre use. Swim diapers are allowed for small babies. Shaving body hair and dyeing hair on the swimming centre premises is prohibited.
• Move calmly within the swimming centre. Running and other actions that may cause dangerous situations are prohibited. Pools, diving areas, the water slide, the gym, and other exercise facilities must be used in accordance with their usage instructions and the guidance provided by staff.
• Choose a pool or lane suited to your own skill level and give space to other swimmers. Everyone has a right to privacy. Photography or video recording on the swimming centre premises is only permitted in a way that does not compromise the privacy of other customers. Photography is prohibited in the changing and washing facilities.
• Entering the swimming centre while intoxicated, as well as using intoxicants on the premises, is prohibited. Smoking and the use of nicotine products are only permitted in the designated outdoor areas.
• Eating is only permitted in designated areas. Consuming your own food is prohibited in the changing, washing, and pool areas, as well as in the café’s customer seating.
• Keep personal belongings in a locker. The swimming centre is not responsible for lost or damaged property.
• The age limit for the gym is 15 years unless otherwise instructed by supervised activities or staff.
• The swimming and exercise time at the swimming centre is 2 hours. The daily usage time is determined according to the current price list and customer guidelines.
• Violation of the house rules or staff instructions may result in removal from the swimming centre or a temporary loss of the right to use its facilities. Visits not used during a period of suspension will not be compensated. Any observed issues should be reported to staff immediately.

• The access route to the entrance is signposted, level, sufficiently wide, and well-lit.

Main entrance

• The entrance is clearly distinguishable and well-lit. There is a canopy above the entrance.
• The entrance doors are clearly distinguishable. There is sufficient free space outside the door for movement, e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens automatically.
• There are thresholds higher than 2 cm at the entrance.

Indoor facilities

• The pool and sports hall facilities are located on the entrance floor. The gym is located on floor +1.
• The separately bookable accessible changing facilities are located on floor +1.
• The premises have a lift with a door that opens easily by hand. The lift’s floor numbers can be identified by touch. The exit floor button is distinguishable from the others.
• The gym is accessed by a lift with a door that opens easily by hand. The lift’s floor numbers can be identified by touch. The exit floor button is distinguishable from the others.
• The facility has signage for the different areas.
• The service desk/till is located on the same floor as the sports facilities.
• The service desk/till is easy to find. Service at the desk/till is only possible while standing.

Swimming centre changing rooms, washing facilities, and sauna

• The changing rooms are located on the same floor as the sports facilities.
• The accessible changing facilities within the general changing rooms are located alongside the men’s/women’s changing rooms. The changing room door opens easily by hand. The door to the accessible section of the changing room opens easily by hand. The separately bookable accessible changing room is on floor +1.
• The accessible changing room has sufficient space to manoeuvre with a wheelchair and an assistant. Good lighting and contrasting colours make it easier to perceive the space. There is an accessible toilet next to the men’s/women’s changing room.
• The accessible washing facility within the general changing rooms is located alongside the men’s/women’s changing room. The door opens easily by hand. The separately bookable changing room has its own washing facility.
• The washing facility has a more spacious, accessible shower area with a seat, armrest, and support rail.
• The sauna is located alongside the men’s/women’s changing room. Its door opens easily by hand. The separately bookable changing room has its own sauna.
• It is possible to transfer from a wheelchair to the lowest bench. Easy-access steps with handrails lead to the upper benches.

Pool area

• The wall of the swimming pool area has handrails to assist movement.
• The large pool and the water aerobics pool have accessible access via gently sloping steps. The steps have handrails on both sides. A ramp also leads to the water aerobics pool.
• The children’s pool has accessible access via gently sloping steps.
• There is an accessible toilet in the pool area, next to the entrance to the changing rooms.

Sports hall

• The entrance is clearly distinguishable and well-lit. There is a canopy above the entrance.
• The entrance doors are clearly distinguishable. There is sufficient free space outside the door for movement, e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens automatically.

• The lobby and the toilets in the changing rooms are accessible.

There are two free parking areas for swimming centre customers in the swimming centre’s yard. The parking spaces are disc parking spaces with a 3-hour limit.
