Erätauko is a dialogue method that focuses on listening and understanding others’ perspectives. You can participate in the dialogues as yourself without any expert knowledge, also as a listener. An open mind is sufficient.

Erätauko dialogues are organized at, for example, Hämeenlinna Ikkuna in Parkki Business Park on Kasarmikatu. The themes of the dialogues are selected by trained facilitators, who invite key discussants and, when possible, other participants as well.

If you are familiar with the Erätauko method and wish to organize a dialogue or need a space and guidance, please contact heli.pirkkalainen@hameenlinna.fi by email.
