An event permit grants the landowner’s permission to use the area and any systems and structures that may be located there for the event.

no special safety risks or disturbance threat
The reservations and operations of small events are based on the self-service principle and no fees are charged for using the areas. You will receive a reservation confirmation after the reservation.
Large events
An event is large if any of the following conditions are met:
over 200 participants
public area is closed off from others
event requires traffic arrangements
open fire, pyrotechnics, etc. in use
exit safety requires arrangements
special hazard or disturbance risk
Applications for large events always include a processing stage if more information is needed for the permission. The applicant receives a permit decision that defines the terms for the event at the end of the processing stage. Traffic organisation of the event areas is processed with the same application.
The event permit fee for large event areas is €250–300/day + processing fee €185/application (incl. VAT 25.5%).
Advertising in public areas
he event permit for large events always includes a permit for advertisements and signage (10) near the event area. A separate advertising permit needs to be applied for a larger amount of advertisements on a wider area. See instructions for mounting adverts in the terms of events.
