The City of Hämeenlinna’s Land Use Services is responsible for managing various land use matters and is divided into three departments: Land Property Management, Terrain and Construction Surveys, and Real Estate Formation.
A brief overview of the roles of the departmet:
Land Property Management is generally responsible for leasing matters, plots, and other issues related to the city’s land ownership.
Terrain and Construction Surveys is responsible for surveys conducted within the city’s register keeping area. These surveys may include, for example, boundary or building marking.
Real Estate Formation is responsible for matters such as plot subdivisions and plot divisions within the city’s register-keeping area.
