Land Management handles offers for buying or selling land. When purchasing a plot, please primarily check the Available Plots page, which lists all available plots from the city.
Land leasing and transfer of leasehold rights
Land Management handles matters related to leasing. These may include, for example, the transfer of leasehold rights, extension of a lease, or any other lease related matter.
Addresses
The city manages address related matters within its registration areas.
Rented fields
The City of Hämeenlinna owns fields available for rent. Some of these rented fields are continuously available to apply, while others are part of a general application process.
Permit for scattering ashes of the deceased
The City of Hämeenlinna currently has two designated locations in Aulanko for scattering the ashes of the deceased. To scatter ashes, please apply for a permit via the electronic form.
