Support for starting a physical activity hobby
A volunteer from Pysäkki can act as a companion during the early stages of a hobby 1–3 times at mutually agreed times as a motivator or to provide minor assistance in getting to know the sports facility and starting the hobby. The volunteer is not a sports professional, but an enthusiastic hobbyist who wants to share the joy of movement with a companion.
You can enquire about the possibility of a swimming or gym companion at katja.kopra@hameenlinna.fi or 050-5976186
See more on the Volunteer Centre Pysäkki website www.hameenlinna.fi/pysakki under Help and support for daily life.
