Detailed plan alteration no. 2671.
New housing construction will be located on Ahvenistonmäki in the future. According to the preliminary plan, part of the housing construction will consist of detached houses, and part of the area is to be potentially zoned for apartment buildings. First, the detailed plan will be altered for detached housing on the western side of Ahvenistonmäki. Some of the hospital buildings on Ahvenistonmäki will remain in use. A new land use outline plan will be prepared for the area.
