Alteration and extension of the Saikko northern shoreline detailed plan
Detailed plan and detailed plan alteration no. 9040.
The purpose of the shoreline detailed plan alteration and extension is to redesign the land use of the shore areas of properties Saikko 109-411-6-4 and Rantasaikko 109-411-4-82 as a single planning entity instead of the current three separate plans.
Initiation stage
The detailed plan alteration was initiated by public notice on 12 November 2025.
Draft stage
The draft plan was on public display 13 November–12 December 2025
Proposal stage
The Urban Environment Committee decided on 19 May 2026 to place the plan proposal on public display for 30 days.
The proposal was on display 28 May–26 June 2026.
