Mettola II
Detailed plan and detailed plan alteration No. 2638.
The Mettola II residential area is located to the east of the Mettola I area and borders the Harvoilanmäki house exhibition area to the north. It covers approximately 28 hectares and includes plans for around 110 detached house plots, as well as a plot for a school building along Iso-Harvoilantie on the eastern side.
Archaeological surveys have been conducted in the area, which may affect the plan’s area boundaries.

The detailed plan alteration was initiated in the 2022 zoning review.
