Detailed plan alteration no. 2646.
The purpose of the detailed plan alteration is to enable the expansion of the Tiiriö Prisma commercial building towards the southeast and to improve the traffic connection between Takumäenkuja and Wartiamäentie. For the row house plots, the plan alteration aims to enable the long-term development of the plots for commercial construction use.
Initiation stage
The local detailed plan alteration was initiated in the 2024 zoning review.
Draft stage
The Urban Environment Committee decided on 10 March 2026 to display the draft plan for 30 days.
The draft plan was on display 18 March–16 April 2026
Proposal stage
The Urban Environment Committee approved the plan proposal on 15 September 2026 and decided to display it.
The plan proposal is on display 24 September–23 October 2026
