Kappola Area, Linna Golf
Detailed plan no. 2449.
There are two planning areas located adjacent to the Vanajalinna golf course. The total planning area is 12.2 hectares.
The first detailed plan for the area will be prepared for the forested ridge in the middle of the Linna Golf course. The planning area concerns part of property 109-410-1-73. The new detailed plan aims to create a holiday home block that would also allow permanent housing.
The detailed plan alteration concerns the area of current detailed plan no. 2432. The alteration area is located east of the golf club, along Ratsulankuja. The objective is to alter the plan so that permanent housing is possible in the area.
Initiation stage
The detailed plan alteration was initiated on 1 February 2023.
Draft stage
The Urban Environment Committee approved the draft plan on 13 December 2023 and decided to display it in public.
The draft plan material was on public display 21 December 2023–31 January 2024
Proposal stage
The Urban Environment Committee approved the plan proposal on 18 September 2024 and decided to display it in public.
The plan proposal material was on public display 3 October–1 November 2024
