Detailed plan alteration no. 2641.
The purpose of the detailed plan alteration is to update the current unimplemented and outdated local detailed plan for Turkinmäki in Kalvola by reorganizing street areas, plots, recreational areas, and other zones. The aim is to create new plots for detached houses in addition to existing building sites. Furthermore, the objective is to identify and account for the area’s cultural-historical and landscape values within the planning solution.
Initiation stage
The detailed plan alteration was initiated in the 2024 zoning review.
Draft stage
The Urban Environment Committee decided on November 11, 2025, to make the draft plan available for public review for 30 days.
The draft plan was available for review from November 20 to December 19, 2025
Proposal stage
The Urban Environment Committee decided on April 22, 2026, to make the plan proposal available for public review for 30 days.
The plan proposal was available for review from April 30 to June 1, 2026
