The detailed plan alteration aims to update the area’s zoning to reflect the current situation, particularly regarding the purpose of land use. For example, the holiday village, adventure park, and spa and multipurpose building projects have been completed during the lengthy detailed plan alteration process. Changes have also occurred in the equestrian center area.
In addition, the total building rights for the area are reduced. In the current detailed plan, building rights are expressed as a plot ratio of 0.50.
The conservation perspective is considered in the detailed plan alteration to safeguard the preservation of landscape values, building culture, ancient monuments, and important natural values. During the project, it will be clarified which parts of the park should retain their historic character, where the original appearance should be restored, and where new landscaping may be designed.
Initiation stage
