Ratastie 1 and Vuorentaka Comprehensive School

The plot of Vuorentaka Comprehensive School will be expanded onto the local recreation area due to the school’s drop-off traffic and parking arrangements. For Ratastie 1, the objective is to expand the detached house plot onto the recreation area in accordance with the current situation.

The detailed plan alteration was initiated in the 2024 zoning review.

The Urban Environment Committee decided on 22 April 2026 to place the plan proposal on public display for 30 days.
