Miemala II and Miemalantie
Detailed plan no. 2662.
The field area will be zoned for detached houses and a few row houses.
Two privately owned detached house plots will be included.
A green corridor will be left through the field area to manage stormwater.
Miemalantie will be zoned as a street area, transferring it from state road
to city maintenance. Whether it’s possible to include a pedestrian and bicycle path extension
in reserving the street area will be examined.The street area will extend to the
Palvaanpelto residential area, with an area for bus turning at the end.
