Käikälä city blocks 103 and 106
Detailed plan alteration no. 2657.
For Block 103, the purpose of the plan alteration is to enable the development of the current functions of plots 15 and 16 by expanding the plots. For Block 106, the purpose is to incorporate the already approved plot division alteration into the plan and to note the resulting plots to correspond to their future intended use. In addition, the public areas surrounding the blocks are to be refined to meet current conditions and future needs.

The detailed plan alteration was initiated in the 2025 zoning review.
Draft stage
The Urban Environment Committee decided on 20 January 2026 to place draft plan no. 2657 on public review for 30 days.

The Urban Environment Committee decided on 16 June 2026 to place plan proposal no. 2657 on public review for 30 days.
