Shoreline detailed plan no. 9029.
The shoreline detailed plan secures the current operations and existing building stock of the Kieloranta tourism center (Mäkelä and Mäkelä 2 estates) on the shore of Lake Alajärvi, and enables the development of operations to increase meeting and accommodation capacity.
In addition, the shoreline detailed plan formally secures the building site for the existing permanent housing on the Näsiä estate.
Initiation stage
Preparation of the detailed plan was initiated on November 2, 2017.
