Kirstula Manor
Detailed plan no. 2621.
The detailed plan concerns the properties Kirstulankartano 109-411-4-88 and Ranta-Kirstula 109-411-4-90 in the Kirstula Manor area. The landowner’s goal is to secure the current residential and tourism business activities through planning and to enable the development of tourism business activities. In connection with the detailed plan, the buildings and functions serving the purpose of use, the placement of construction, its volume, adaptation to the shoreline landscape, and other impacts will be examined.
Building ban
The ban is valid for two years starting from 22 September 2023 or until the detailed plan becomes legally valid. Due to the unfinished planning process, the municipality may extend the ban period by two years at a time.
Repairing of permitted buildings in accordance with their original use is allowed.
The building ban was extended on 19 August 2025 by two years and expanded to also cover the water area according to the draft detailed plan.
