Lukkarinkuja

The planning area is bordered by Aleksis Kiven katu to the south, Taula-Matintie to the east, Jukolanraitti to the north, Tuomaankuja to the west, and a private property used as a nursing home to the southwest. The planning area is currently mostly used as fields, where for example sunflowers have been grown.

The goal of the plan alteration is to increase the supply of new plots for detached houses to the western Hämeenlinna city centre. It is a building-free area entirely owned by the City of Hämeenlinna.
