Sairio Dairy Production School

The detailed plan alteration concerns plot no. 2 in block 52 in the Sairio district of Hämeenlinna. The plot is owned by the Dairy Production School Support kannatusyhdistys ry.

The purpose of the detailed plan alteration is to introduce housing on the Dairy Production School plot. The plot has vacant dormitory buildings that have reached the end of their technical service life. The aim is to demolish some of the buildings and replace them with detached and row housing. Some of
the buildings are planned to be renovated for residential use.
The northern part of the plot will be developed by enabling educational, cultural, office, or commercial activities. Additional building mass is proposed in connection with the Dairy Production School and teaching dairy located there, which would enable
the aforementioned activities. The dormitory building at the southern en of the plot will remain in its current use.
