Shoreline detailed plan alteration no. 9044.
The existing shoreline plan is being altered for three properties at the initiative of the landowners. The objective of the alteration is to expand the current plots into the background terrain. At the same time, the amount of building rights and plan regulations will be reviewed, and the plan note will be changed to allow for year-round housing.

The detailed plan alteration was initiated by public notice on August 27, 2025.
Draft stage
Draft stage materials were available for review from August 28 to September 26, 2025
Proposal stage
The Urban Environment Committee decided on May 19, 2026, to make the plan alteration proposal materials available for review.
